How to Progress in the Smart Program

To unlock Smart Level 2 or 3 you’ll need to complete 10 or 15 bookings within a 1-year period.


Eligible Bookings

Any completed booking for stays,  rental,  will count towards your Smart progress. Note that a booking only counts after it’s fully completed, such as after you’ve checked out of your accommodation or returned a rental car.

 

Updating Your Progress

After completing the bookings, you have to fill out the smart form to get the smart code for level 2 or level 3.
