I agree that if I don't complain about the provided apartment in 30 minutes after entering the apartment, then it meets with our expectations. I accept the house rules, in case of smoking I will pay 200€ extra cleaning fee and reimburse the damage caused. If Betariel Apartments needs to call the G4 Security because of me or my guest's behaviour, I accept that this security service fee will be charged to me. I agree that the check-out is on my check-out date before 10am. In case, if I check out between 10am and 10:30am, I pay 50€ late checkout fee and in case of checking out later than 10:30am, I pay the total price of one more night.
